Return Merchandise & Warranty Policy:

  1. All return must be received within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all return.

  2. ElectronicMac warrants its products to be free from electronic defects or faulty workmanship for thirty (30) days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Any claims for electronic defect or faulty workmanship will be verified by ElectronicMac. If this verification demonstrates there is not a defect, the product will be returned to customer.

  3. Any claims for shipment errors must be made within seven (7) days of receipt.

  4. All claims must be issued a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within thirty (30) days from invoice date or within the warranty date issued on the invoice. ElectronicMac reserves the right to issue a replacement or credit.

  5. All RMA items must be returned in their original packaging.

  6. ElectronicMac must receive the product within ten (10) days of the issuance date of the RMA number.

  7. Any product received after ten (10) days will be refused.

  8. ElectronicMac will not accept C.O.D. returns.

  9. Any product returned without a RMA number will be refused.

  10. All return must be send to our warehouse address above.
