Terms and Conditions on Notebook Repairs

General Rules and Definitions
         1. ElectronicMac may change, add or remove portions of this agreement at any time; we will inform you via email, postal mail, or phone if it applies to your agreement.
         2. The customer is responsible for informing us of any information update.
         3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Laptop Repair Warranty
         1. We will back our laptop repair work with a 90 days labor warranty for the exact symptoms and problems we repaired.
         2. If we have replaced or installed Pulled out, Used, Refurbished parts or New parts for you during repair, we provide a 30 days warranty on parts. Used, Refurbished, Pulled parts are sold or installed "AS IS"; they might have wear and tear marks or scratches. No back orders are accepted.
         3. There is no service charge if cannot locate exact part required.

Parts Warranty
         1. All genuine parts we replace will carry a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Laptop Repairing Service
         1. A flat fee $85 per laptop or per motherboard, plus parts, plus shipping and handling should be received before initial estimation.
         2. Customer will be informed about the initial estimation, the parts needed to be replaced, and the total charges through phone or email. Your Laptop must be shipped within 30 days after RMA number issued. If your Laptop repair charges varies from estimated charges, we will contact you with new service charges. We will not start repairing until we get your consent for new repair charges.
         3. Normal turn around repair time is 5 to 10 business days but it is not promised in case of hard to find parts.

Payment Information

         1. Once we are finished with repairs, our customer service department will give you a call and/or email (if applicable) to arrange payment and shipment. Your payment receipt will be in your shipped package.
         2. Company/Cashier checks and Money Order are welcomed, Personal checks must be cleared first before customer receives repaired Laptop/Notebook. No COD will be accepted.
         3. All payments are due upon completion of job. If we order parts for you, payment of parts is due at time of order.

Canceling Service

         1. Customer may cancel the service at any time; however, service charges and applicable fees still apply.
         2. To cancel, you must notify ElectronicMac in writing of your desire to cancel this contract.

Shipping Responsibility

         1. ElectronicMac will not be responsible for any damages to the laptop on shipping and receiving.
         2. Customer is liable for "To and From Shipping".

         3. Customer's signature is required upon receiving the laptop.
         4. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges in any cases. Shipping charges are not refundable.
         5. ElectronicMac is not responsible for any Laptop not claimed within 10 business days upon completion of the repairs.
         6. When we receive your payment we will schedule a shipment.

Liability

         1. ElectronicMac is not responsible for any loss of Laptops. After obtaining the RMA number from us, the customer is responsible for providing/supplying the RMA number attached to your computer, we cannot assume responsibility for the RMA number on your computer.
         2. This service contract does not cover any loss or damage resulting from external causes (other than loss of power or power surges), such as, but not limited to, theft, environmental conditions, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper electrical power supply, unauthorized repair by others, improper installation, attachments, transportation damage, lack of manufacturer specified maintenance, or vandalism. Other exclusions include: computer viruses or software problems; transportation charges if service is specified as carry-in; product(s) with removed or altered serial numbers; and any repair covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Recalled rework; regardless of the manufacturer's ability to pay for such repair. In no event shall ElectronicMac be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
         3. The customer hereby assumes all risk of loss of data from any and all causes or in any way related to or resulting from the sales, repair or service by ElectronicMac. The customer hereby releases ElectronicMac from any claim or liability related to any loss of Data. Please be sure you take or have back up of your data before sending your laptop to us. Damage cause by fire, theft, testing or any other causes are beyond our control. We are not at all responsible for shipping mishandling.
         4. In any case, ElectronicMac's liability with respect to any computer loss inside our facility shall not exceed $500.00
